Customer Delight Executive

The Role

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Customer Delight Executives to join our expanding operations team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the face of Material Depot, meeting homeowners at their sites, understanding their interior requirements, recommending the right products, and conducting site assessments to ensure a seamless buying experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people every day, has a flair for sales and design, and loves solving customer problems on the ground

What You'll Own

• Conduct Site Audits: Take accurate site measurements, assess installation feasibility, identify potential challenges, and document site conditions.
• Understand Customer Needs: Visit customer sites across Bangalore to understand their home décor requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
• Recommend the Right Solutions: Guide customers through Material Depot's range of wallpapers, wooden flooring, wall panels, and other interior products. •
• Drive Conversions: Build trust with customers and convert site visits into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate End-to-End: Work closely with Sales, Design, Site Audit, and Installation teams. •
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records of customer requirements, measurements, photographs, and visit summaries.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer success, interior sales, retail, real estate, or home improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable recommending products and converting conversations into sales.
• Ability to take accurate site measurements and understand basic installation requirements.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• High ownership, punctuality, and willingness to spend most of the day in the field.
