Job Description

  • Visual inspection of castings at various stages.
  • Cylinder head daily cut section report.
  • Casuals work allocation and output management.
  • Casting weight verification as per plan.
  • Lay out marking of castings as per annual plan.
  • 3D scanning of castings during lay out.
  • Critical dimensions verification of parts as per production plan.
  • Verification of trial parts and entry in trial reports.
  • Verification of NPD parts/samples and ISIR preparation.
  • External rejection verification.

Skills Required -

  • Candidate having knowledge of Quality instruments like Boregauge, Micro meter, Vernier, Height Gauge.
  • Having knowledge to understand the Engineering Drawing.
  • Having knowledge of CMM checking
