Full Stack Developer – SME PAISA

Position: Full Stack Developer

About SME PAISA

SME PAISA is a corporate finance advisory and credit structuring company specializing in funding solutions for MSMEs across India. We help businesses secure Working Capital, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting, Structured Finance, and other funding solutions through a consultative approach.

As part of our digital transformation initiative, we are building the SME PAISA DIGIVERSE—an AI-powered fintech ecosystem integrating CRM, AI agents, automation, analytics, marketing technology, and customer engagement platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that support this vision.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Portal Development

- Develop and maintain the SME PAISA corporate website.

- Build responsive, SEO-friendly web applications.

- Create customer, associate, lender, and admin portals.

- Develop landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Application Development

Develop modules such as:

- Loan Eligibility Calculator

- Drawing Power Calculator

- MPBF Calculator

- CGTMSE Eligibility Checker

- EMI Calculator

- Working Capital Assessment Tools

- Customer Dashboard

- Document Upload Portal

- Credit Application Tracker

- Referral Management System

- Knowledge Centre

CRM & AI Integration

- Integrate the KIT19 CRM platform with internal applications.

- Develop APIs for CRM, WhatsApp Business, email, SMS, and telephony.

- Build AI-enabled workflows for lead qualification and follow-ups.

- Integrate AI chatbots, AI agents, and automation tools.

- Connect applications with OpenAI and other AI APIs where appropriate.

API Development

- Design secure RESTful APIs.

- Integrate banking, payment, e-sign, KYC, and document verification services.

- Manage third-party integrations including Google Maps, Analytics, and marketing tools.

- Implement secure authentication using OAuth2 and JWT.

Database & Backend

- Design scalable database architecture.

- Optimize database performance and indexing.

- Build secure backend services with proper logging and monitoring.

- Implement role-based access control and audit trails.

Security & Compliance

- Apply secure coding standards.

- Protect sensitive customer data.

- Implement encryption for data in transit and at rest.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian data protection requirements and financial-sector best practices.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing.

Performance & DevOps

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Deploy using CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage cloud infrastructure.

- Monitor uptime, logs, backups, and application health.

Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, credit, operations, and management teams.

- Participate in sprint planning and code reviews.

- Document architecture and technical processes.
