Job Description
Location: Howrah Maidan
Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to handle daily documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, Word documents, formats and reports
- Draft and manage emails, proformas, bills, and other business documents
- Fill bank cheques, prepare RTGS/NEFT details and maintain payment records
- Basic use of Tally for entries and data updates
- Organize digital and physical files and ensure all data is updated accurately
- Support the office team with general back-office tasks
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of Tally ERP
- Good communication and typing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Reliability and willingness to take responsibility for routine tasks
