Experience Required: 0 - 2 Years in Field Sales (Freshers with high energy and a hunger to earn through incentives are welcome).

Bonus / Incentive Description: Weekly fuel/travel allowance + aggressive monthly compounding commissions (0.5% to 2.5%) paid directly as soon as cash from your closed clients hits the bank account. High performing candidates can easily clear ₹30,000+ total in-hand per month.

Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a smartphone (Mandatory).

Skills Required: Client dealing, field prospecting, basic calculation for pricing, local language fluency.

About the Role: We are a well-established manufacturing company looking for a hardworking, energetic, and highly motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to join our team. Your main goal will be to step onto the field, pitch directly to commercial clients, and secure high-volume bulk packaging contracts.

This is a pure outdoor field sales role with a performance-driven pay structure. If you are aggressive, love being out on the field, and want a job where your income grows directly with the sales you bring in, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete a mandatory minimum of 4 physical client visits per day to generate new bulk business leads.
2. Target high-volume sectors including commercial bakery chains, sweet manufacturers, regional food brands, and corporate gifting aggregators.
3. Collect competitor packaging samples from the market and map their pricing/size requirements.
4. Log all daily field visits and customer details on our mobile tracking application.
5. Follow up with your acquired corporate clients to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely payments.

What We Offer:

• Fixed minimum base salary of ₹15,000/month.
