Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hotel in Aluva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing hotel staff, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving financial targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Manage hotel budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise department heads and staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, and security operations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
- Plan staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
