Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor – AdBlue Operations & Business Development
Location: Salem (Base Location)
Territory: Salem, Hosur, Namakkal & Perundurai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Expenses: Provided
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Supervisor – AdBlue Operations & Business Development to manage multiple AdBlue dispensing outlets and drive dealer network expansion across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for outlet operations, sales team supervision, dealer development, and business growth.
- Monitor daily operations of AdBlue dispensing outlets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections.
- Ensure proper functioning of dispensing equipment.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Sales Team Management Supervise and support outlet sales staff.
- Collect and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of team members.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Business Development Identify and develop new dealers and business opportunities.
- Expand the dealer network within assigned territories.
- Conduct dealer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Support new dealer onboarding and outlet setup.
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Reporting & Analysis Prepare outlet performance and sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales growth and operational performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Team Handling, Sales Supervision, or Business Development.
- Experience in Automotive, Lubricants, Chemicals, Industrial Products, Fuel-related Products, or B2B Sales preferred.
- Must be based in Salem.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
