Job Description
Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to introduce products/services
- Lead Generation: Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, websites, or databases
- Information Sharing: Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly
- Customer Support: Address queries, resolve concerns, and redirect complex issues to senior team members
- Data Entry: Update call status, remarks, and customer details in CRM/Excel accurately
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products/services
Required Skills:
- Communication: Good spoken English + Hindi/Marathi. Clear voice and polite tone
- Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly
- Persuasion: Basic sales skills to convince and convert leads
- Computer Skills: MS Office, CRM tools, and typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Attitude: Patience, confidence, and target-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Education: 12th pass or Graduate. Any stream
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior call center/BPO experience is a plus
Work Timings & Perks:
- Shift: Usually 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month + incentives/commission
