Designation - Assistant Sales Manager
Role & responsibilities
Recruit advisers
Generate business through advisers
Lead and manage a team of advisers
Motivate them to achieve sales targets
Provide training and guidance
Preferred candidate profile
✅ Minimum 3 years of sales experience, in that experience minimum 1 Year of BFSI sales experience is compulsory.
✅ Age: 21 to 42 years
