Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + monthly sales incentive

Monthly Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹55,000, based on sales performance

Job Type: Full-time, in-store showroom sales

Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week as per roster

Probation: 15 days

Job Description:

We are hiring a polite, active and customer-friendly Showroom Sales Representative for our building materials showroom. The candidate will attend walk-in customers, understand customer requirements, show products, explain rates/designs/sizes/quality, support quotation and order process, follow up with customers and coordinate with billing, stock and delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Attend showroom customers professionally
2. Explain tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware and bathroom fittings
3. Understand customer budget, design choice and requirement
4. Suggest suitable products
5. Help in quotation/order preparation
6. Follow up with customers through call/WhatsApp
7. Coordinate with billing, stock and delivery team
8. Follow company rules for discount, credit, payment and delivery commitment

Incentive Structure:

Minimum monthly net sales for incentive: ₹6,00,000

₹6L–₹8L sales: 1%

₹8L–₹11L sales: 1.25%

₹11L–₹15L sales: 1.5%

₹15L–₹21L sales: 1.75%

₹21L+ sales: 2%

Example:

If monthly net sales are around ₹10 lakh, incentive can be approx ₹5,000.

If monthly net sales are around ₹20 lakh, incentive can be approx ₹24,000–₹25,000.

If monthly net sales are around ₹27 lakh, incentive can be ₹40,000+.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skill
• Basic calculation ability
• Honest, disciplined and punctual
• Willing to learn product knowledge
• Sales experience in tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, paint, furniture, electrical, construction materials or retail will be preferred
• Freshers with good communication and learning attitude may also apply
