We're Hiring – Factory Supervisor

AADARSH STEEL WORKS is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to manage our complete production and dispatch operations. Candidates with experience in the storage racking, steel fabrication, or sheet metal industry will be preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise the complete production process from raw material to finished goods.
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Manage workers and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Ensure proper quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and dispatch teams.
• Oversee packing, loading, and dispatch of finished materials.
• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and dispatch records.
• Maintain production reports, inventory, and material movement records.
• Ensure factory discipline and compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize production delays and material wastage.
• Requirements:Experience as a Factory Supervisor in steel fabrication, storage racking, or a similar manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning and dispatch management.
• Ability to handle manpower and solve shop-floor issues.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting is preferred.
