The Best Friends Café is a unique board game café where great coffee, delicious food, and memorable experiences come together. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas who can create excellent beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per café standards.

·        Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

·        Operate coffee machines and café equipment safely.

·        Ensure cleanliness of the coffee station and work area.

·        Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment needs.

·        Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

·        Assist guests with menu recommendations.

·        Support the service team during busy hours.

·        Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

·        1-3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or coffee chain.

·        Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee brewing techniques.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

·        Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with specialty coffee.

·        Knowledge of latte art.

·        Experience using POS systems.
