Job Summary

Mauli Infra is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in real estate layout and plotted development projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure including HT/LT networks, transformers, feeder pillars, DG sets, street lighting, and utility coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for electrical works.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Evaluate vendor quotations, support contractor selection, and monitor contractor performance.
• Supervise installation and execution of HT/LT cable networks, transformers, feeder pillars, DG sets, street lighting systems, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical activities with civil teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) whenever required.
• Verify contractor bills against approved BOQs, work orders, and executed quantities.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities, ensuring system performance and readiness for handover.
• Lead and guide Junior Electrical Engineers, Supervisors, and Electricians while ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Department Heads, contractors, consultants, and management for effective project delivery.
• Prepare and submit DPRs, MPRs, MIS reports, and other project documentation to management.
• Liaise with utility authorities for approvals, inspections, energization, and related electrical compliance matters.

Required Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate layout development, plotted developments, townships, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, 33kV/11kV networks, transformers, feeder boxes, street lighting, and DG sets.
• Experience in site execution, testing, commissioning, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Nagpur.
