Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions, including Hospital Management Software, Billing & Inventory Software, HRMS, School ERP, and other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through field visits and networking.
• Meet hospitals, clinics, schools, retailers, distributors, and other business clients.
• Present and demonstrate software products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable).
