*Job Summary*
We are seeking a full-time Web Developer for our Andheri East location. The candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our website, improving user experience, optimizing website performance, and supporting e-commerce functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain the Blue Gems and Jewels website.
* Improve website speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
* Manage product pages, collections, images, descriptions, and website content.
* Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for all devices.
* Support e-commerce features such as product listings, cart, checkout, payment integrations, and order flow.
* Troubleshoot website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
* Implement SEO best practices for product pages and website content.
* Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for landing pages, banners, campaigns, and promotions.
* Maintain website security, backups, plugins, and integrations.
* Track website performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
*Required Skills*
* Experience with Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
* Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization.
* Experience with website speed optimization and mobile-first design.
* Ability to manage product catalogs and e-commerce content.
* Good eye for design, layout, and luxury brand presentation.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Preferred Skills*
* Experience working with jewelry, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
* Knowledge of Shopify theme customization or WordPress theme development.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
* Basic graphic editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
* Understanding of conversion rate optimization for e-commerce websites.
