Job Description

TELUGU AND HINDI VOICE PROCESS.

Homeopathy call center roles involve handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service, schedule appointments, offer information on homeopathic treatments, and resolve complaints. 

Responsibilities include using computer systems for data entry, adhering to scripts, and ensuring patient satisfaction. 

More senior roles may involve managing a team, handling escalated issues, and overseeing operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.

 * No Week off on Saturday and Sunday.

Monday to Friday any one day Rotational Week Off

Salary:15,000/- to 20,000/-

Incentives 2k to 5k.

Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Eligibility :Inter or Above
