Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, office administration, record management, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and tax consultants.
- Generate financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle vendor coordination and office purchases.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically.
- Coordinate courier services, office maintenance, and utility management.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist management with reports, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
