Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, office administration, record management, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
  • Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and tax consultants.
  • Generate financial reports as required by management.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Handle vendor coordination and office purchases.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically.
  • Coordinate courier services, office maintenance, and utility management.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist management with reports, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
