Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Civil Site Engineer / Technical Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage both site and office coordination. This position requires regular site visits and close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities between the office and project sites.

• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical reports, project documentation, and records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Provide technical support and resolve site-related engineering issues.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support administrative and technical coordination for ongoing projects.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.

• 1–2 years of experience in civil site execution and/or technical office coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, and other basic computer applications.
• Must own a personal two-wheeler and be willing to use it for regular site visits.
• Local candidates residing in Ahmedabad will be given preference.
• Male candidates only.
