70% Email & Chat support


30% Calling process

Handling customer queries and providing information through email and chat


Basic calling required only for specific customer support cases


Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 


Week Off - 2nd & 4th Saturday off & Sunday fixed off
