ABOUT The customer:
- They are building AI-powered automation solutions that eliminate repetitive manual work from construction and infrastructure operations.
- flagship product automates Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry enabling site teams to process documents in seconds rather than minutes, with zero manual data entry.
THE PROBLEM this customer is trying to solve through a software: Construction sites receive dozens of GRNs daily. Manual ERP entry consumes 5–10 minutes per document and is highly prone to error creating operational bottlenecks, reconciliation costs, and delays that impact project timelines. OUR SOLUTION A user photographs the GRN and sends it via WhatsApp. Our AI extracts all relevant data and automatically enters it into the ERP system. Processing time drops from minutes to seconds, no manual effort required. 01 CAPTURE The user photographs the GRN on-site and sends it via WhatsApp. 02 EXTRACT 03 ENTER AI reads and extracts all structured data from the document.
ROLE OVERVIEW Data is pushed directly into the ERP fully automated. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to identify, engage, and close high-value clients across the construction, real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. You will work directly with decision-makers, represent the product in the field, and play a central role in the company's growth. This role reports directly to Harsh Mohite, Founder. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and industry networking. ● Schedule client meetings and deliver compelling, outcome-focused product demonstrations. ● Understand client workflows, identify operational pain points, and map them to our solution. ● Present clear ROI-driven business cases to operations, procurement, and finance stakeholders. ● Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closure. ● Prepare tailored proposals and coordinate with the founding team to support deal closure. ● Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and weekly activity summaries. ● Collaborate directly with the Founder to sharpen messaging, refine the sales process, and scale outreach. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Prior experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products.
● Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or industrial sector sales.
● Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
