Salary💰: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Digital Marketing Agency Experience (Mandatory)
Job Description:
AiDamsol Agile Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Creative Graphic Designers who have experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, create premium social media creatives, design high-converting ad creatives, and manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Social Media Posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create Meta Ads & Google Ads Creatives
- Design Brochures, Flyers, Posters & Branding Materials
- Work closely with the Marketing Team
- Handle 5–10 client brands simultaneously
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Deliver creative work within deadlines
- Required SkillsAdobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Typography & Colour Theory
- Branding & Visual Identity
- Social Media Creative Design
- Meta Ads Creative Design
- Basic Video Editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut is a plus)
- Client Requirement Understanding
- Creative Thinking & Time Management
Eligibility:
✔ Minimum 1 Year Digital Marketing Agency Experience
✔ Strong Portfolio (Mandatory)
✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred
✔ Comfortable working from the office (Pimpri-Chinchwad)
Office Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
🕘 Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
