  1. Quotation Support - Prepare quotations, BOM, pricing coordination, revisions, comparison sheets
  2. Order Processing - Sales Order (SO), Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Order confirmation
  3. Customer Coordination - Follow-up for approvals, PO collection, delivery schedules, documentation
  4. Sales Documentation - Invoices and Payment follow-ups
  5. Customer Renewal Tracking - Warranty, AMC, Microsoft 365, Antivirus, Backup, CCTV AMC renewals
  6. Reports & Dashboards - Daily MIS, Weekly Sales Report, Pending Quotations, Order Status
  7. Sales Analytics
