Shift Timing:

8:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Any 9-hour shift window, Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

The Payment Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful processing and delivery of supplier payments through the client's platform. This role involves reviewing payment instructions, monitoring payment statuses, resolving payment exceptions, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with payment processing requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor supplier payments through the client's platform.
• Review payment batches to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Track payment statuses and proactively identify delayed, failed, or rejected payments.
• Investigate payment exceptions and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Validate vendor payment information and supporting documentation.
• Assist vendors with payment-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of payment activities and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, payment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Generate and maintain reports on payment processing volumes, success rates, and exceptions.
• Escalate critical payment issues and risks to management in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in international banking and financial services (e.g., American Express, Barclays, Citi Bank, JP Morgan, etc.).
• Familiarity with payment methods such as ACH, Wire Transfer, Virtual Card, Check, and International Payments.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of payment processing workflows and banking operations.
• Experience handling payment exceptions and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable interacting regularly with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
