About the RoleWe are looking for

Energetic and enthusiastic sales professionals who can convert enquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-up.

The company generates leads through digital marketing, referrals, and other business channels. Your role will be to connect with prospects, understand their requirements, build relationships, and close sales.

Responsibilities

✅ Call and follow up with company-generated leads

✅ Convert enquiries into confirmed orders

✅ Handle customer communication via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email

✅ Share quotations and follow up with prospects

✅ Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

Preferred Candidate Profile✔ 0–3 years experience in:

• Telesales
• Telecalling
• Inside Sales

✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

✔ Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

✔ Comfortable speaking with customers over phone

✔ Target-oriented and eager to earn incentives
