Job Summary
The Field Officer is a pivotal role responsible for the on-ground execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies. You will act as the primary liaison between Randeons Services, prospective candidates, and our client companies. Your main objective is to identify, attract, and mobilize quality talent efficiently to meet client manpower requirements while ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the client.
- Candidate Engagement & Onboarding:
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessment tests to ensure candidate quality matches client specifications.
- Lead the induction and onboarding process for new recruits, ensuring all documentation is collected and verified.
- Act as a point of contact for associates, addressing their queries and ensuring their transition into client premises is seamless.
- On-Site Coordination & Operations:
- Regularly visit client sites to monitor associate attendance, performance, and well-being.
- Handle associate grievance redressal on-site to maintain high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with client HR/Supervisors to understand shifting manpower needs and provide "just-in-time" workforce solutions.
- Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to company policies and client-specific statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate databases, interview feedback, and deployment status.
- Assist in collecting attendance/data as required for payroll processing and statutory reporting.
Mobility: High willingness to travel to client sites and recruitment locations as per business needs.
Experience: 1–3 years in field-based recruitment, staffing, or manpower outsourcing.
Mindset: Result-oriented, resilient, and highly organized. Must possess strong "crisis management" capabilities to resolve on-the-ground issues effectively.
