In this role, you will be the bridge between the design team, clients, and on-site vendors. You will ensure that all interior works—including civil alterations, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishes—are executed flawlessly, on schedule, and up to our strict quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring all execution matches the approved working drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.
• Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and laborers. Allocate daily tasks and resolve any on-site technical conflicts.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks at every stage of execution (e.g., woodwork alignment, paint finishes, plumbing pressure, electrical conduit layout) to ensure zero defects before handover.
• Timeline & Progress Tracking: Maintain project schedules, track daily progress against deadlines, and proactively report any potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Material Management: Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of delivered materials (plywood, laminates, fixtures, tiles, etc.). Ensure proper storage to minimize wastage or damage.
• Site Safety: Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
• Client & Designer Liaison: Address minor client queries on-site and coordinate with the design team when structural or design adjustments are required due to unforeseen site conditions.
