Job Title: BOQ & Estimator Job Summary: Wearelooking for a detail-oriented BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & Estimator to join our architecture and interior design team, specializing in residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets to support design and execution teams. Key Responsibilities:           Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for residential architecture and interior projects. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, layouts, and specifications. Estimate project costs including materials, labor, and services. Analyze drawings and specifications to identify cost-effective solutions. Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors for accurate pricing. Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns for various works (civil, carpentry, finishes, MEP, etc.). Track project budgets and monitor cost variations during execution. Assist in tender documentation and vendor comparison statements. Update BOQbased on design revisions and site changes. Maintain cost databases and historical project records. Required Skills & Qualifications:        Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in BOQ preparation and estimation for residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and execution methods. Proficiency in: o o o AutoCAD MSExcel (advanced formulas, cost sheets) Estimation software (if any) Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Goodanalytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications:    Experience in interior fit-outs and turnkey residential projects. Knowledge of local market rates, vendors, and suppliers. Familiarity with site execution processes.
