Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients in person, and drive sales growth. The candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas to generate leads and close sales.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Submit daily reports on field activities and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales/marketing.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
