Jewellery Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or jewelry sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. She will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their jewelry requirements.
• Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewelry collections effectively.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and purchase guidance.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Required Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Higher Secondary qualification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in jewelry, retail, or showroom sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
• Presentable appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewelry products.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
