Experience from NBFC/Personal Loan/Business Loan/Unsecured Lending background.
Preferred organizations: Muthoot, Manappuram, Tata Capital, Distribution channels, other NBFCs.
Strong sales orientation with exposure to branch activation, BTL activities, and field marketing.
Local language proficiency mandatory.
Salary under discussion; indicative structure ~21k CTC includng conveyance
