Job Description
- Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention and membership renewals by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Proactively connect with customers through calls and follow-ups to enhance their overall experience.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly while ensuring excellent service.
- Achieve monthly retention and renewal targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Retention, Renewals, Relationship Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory Languages: English, Tamil, and either Telugu or Malayalam.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Target-driven and capable of managing customer relationships effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willing to work from the T. Nagar, Chennai office.
- Comfortable working in a Day Shift.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
