Job Description – Senior Sales ExecutivePosition: Senior Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to expand our merchant network and drive business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- EligibilityMinimum 2–5 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Restaurant, or Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications.
- Important NoteThis is a field-based role. The company uses a GPS-enabled tracking application to monitor attendance, field visits, and daily movement during working hours. Candidates must be willing to use the official tracking application while on duty.
