Job Description

Attend customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Provide shipment status, vehicle tracking, and delivery updates.

Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.

Coordinate with operations, drivers, and transporters for smooth movement of vehicles.

Ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and submission.

Maintain customer records and communication history.

Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, and service feedback.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

Generate inquiries for transportation and logistics services.

Introduce company services and transportation solutions to potential clients.

Follow up on quotations and business proposals.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.

Support sales team in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
