A Tele calling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and maintain str Telecalling Strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: -

1) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services and achieve sales targets 

2) Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints professionally

3)Convert leads into sales and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction

4)Maintain and update the customer database, documenting all interactions and feedback

5)Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and meet organizational goals

6)Stay informed about products, services, and market trends to provide relevant recommendations 

Required Skills :-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection effectively

Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor

Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and basic computer applications

Ability to multitask, organize work efficiently, and manage high call volumes

Language Hindi is mandatory
