Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Repair or replace faulty components as required.
  • Conduct testing to ensure proper functioning of equipment after installation or repair.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to customers on equipment operation, if required.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Travel to customer sites as per business requirements.
