Job SummaryResponsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing daily wire harness production activities to achieve production targets while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise daily wire harness production as per the production schedule.
• Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
• Monitor line productivity, cycle time, and production efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase for uninterrupted production.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor material consumption, WIP, rejection, and rework to reduce manufacturing losses.
• Train and guide operators on production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and production performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in wire harness or automotive component manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of wire cutting, crimping, terminal insertion, connector assembly, taping, continuity testing, and final assembly processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and basic quality tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Production target achievement.
• Productivity and OEE improvement.
• First-pass yield and rejection rate.
• On-time production completion.
• Reduction in downtime and material wastage.
• Compliance with quality and safety standards.
