Job Description

  1. Handle customer subscription renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.
  2. Coordinate with customers and assist them with their queries and requirements.
  3. Maintain good knowledge of all products and services listed on the company website.
  4. Handle new customer calls and understand their product requirements.
  5. Convert customer enquiries and incoming calls into successful orders.
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain proper follow-up and customer interaction records.
  8. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  9. Basic sales and order conversion skills.
  10. Ability to understand products and explain them clearly to customers.
  11. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
