Customer Support Executive — Team Gladiators Co.
About the Company
Team Gladiators Co. is a fast-growing retail and distribution company focused on natural health and wellness products across India. We operate through retail outlets, tele-sales, and digital marketing channels to serve a wide customer base. We collaborate with Wellwith, a premium direct-to-consumer wellness brand offering Himalayan sea buckthorn–based products.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and sales-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. This is a performance-driven sales role where success is measured by monthly revenue targets. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing customer relationships through CRM systems, driving sales, managing orders, and ensuring effective follow-ups to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a clear focus on closing sales, addressing customer queries, and providing accurate product information
- Drive consistent calling activity and customer engagement, maintaining a minimum of 120 outbound/inbound calls per day, to achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
- Maintain and update customer records, lead status, follow-up schedules, sales interactions, and order details in the CRM system
- Assist customers with order placement, accurately enter orders into the system, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery tracking
- Conduct follow-ups regarding delivery status, customer satisfaction, feedback collection, and post-sales support
- Reconnect with previous leads and existing customers through follow-ups and retargeting activities to maximize conversions and repeat sales
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending suitable or complementary products based on customer needs and purchase history
- Consistently work toward and achieve monthly revenue targets as defined by the company
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age of 18 years, in accordance with applicable labour laws
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline
- 12 months of experience in tele-sales, customer relationship handling, or sales support preferred; basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Kannada preferred
- Target-driven mindset with the confidence to handle customer interactions and follow-ups professionally
Work Details
- Location: Hyderabad, Begumpet, Prakash Nagar
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹18,000/- per month In-Hand
