Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Education Counsellors (both fresher and experienced) to join our dynamic team. As an Education Counsellor, you will guide students and parents about courses, colleges, admission processes, and career opportunities, while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about career choices, courses, and admission opportunities.

Provide complete information about colleges, universities, fees, and eligibility.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

Convert student leads into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.

Maintain student records and follow up with potential leads.

Achieve individual and team admission targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and counselling ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, CRM tools preferred).

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary Range: ₹15000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
