Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with supporting basic business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts (Primary Focus):

  • Maintain books of accounts using Tally
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and purchase entries
  • Track receivables & payables
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Manage GST data entry and basic compliance support
  • Maintain accurate financial records in Excel

Operations (Secondary Support):

  • Maintain stock & inventory updates
  • Process orders and coordinate deliveries
  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp Business & calls
  • Coordinate with delivery partners
  • Support daily office operations
  • EligibilityGraduate (Commerce preferred)
  • Experience with Tally & Excel is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of GST/accounting concepts
  • Good communication and coordination skills
