Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain loan products and offers.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • 12th Pass/Graduate.
  • Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or customer service preferred.
