Job Description – Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong communication and customer relationship skills to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and customer interactions
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Explain products/services effectively and provide suitable solutions to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on sales activities

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate in Hindi will be an added advantage
• Strong customer follow-up and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM software
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

• Product Sales
• Banking (Personal Loans / Home Loans)
• Real Estate Sales
• Service Industry
• Student Counsellor / Career Counsellor roles

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles
