Job Description

Position: Relationship Executive

Company: SBI

Eligibility:

  • Freshers: Age 21–30 years
  • Experienced Candidates: Age 21–35 years
  • Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree / B.Tech

Salary:

Freshers:

  • ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  • Performance incentives up to ₹20,000/month

Experienced Candidates:

  • ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Performance incentives up to ₹25,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and explain SBI financial products to customers.
  • Acquire new customers and build strong client relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure quality service.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic sales and customer handling abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
