Job Description
WE ARE HIRING TELESALES FOR OUR COMPANY

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and field activities
- Promote residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance when required
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
- Assist in digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and property exhibitions
- Work with channel partners, brokers, and agents to increase sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and customer handling abilities
- Knowledge of real estate market and property sales
- Convincing and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate legal procedures and documentation
- Ability to achieve targets under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
