🚨 Urgent Hiring – TITAN Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice)

Location: Bengaluru

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: PUC & Above
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of inbound customer support experience (Freshers not eligible)
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (Versant Level 4)
  • Excellent communication skills with no MTI

Salary:

  • ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 CTC

Shift: Rotational Shift

Week Off: 1 Rotational Off

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls and provide timely resolutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer requests.
