Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and interior design concepts.
- Develop 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Create 3D models and realistic renderings.
- Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Prepare material specifications and BOQs.
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
