Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Executives who can represent us on the ground and directly interact with customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to our product at assigned locations, achieve daily sales targets, and create a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our product high-footfall locations.
- Approach potential customers and confidently pitch the product.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Explain the product, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Maintain professional behaviour and represent positively.
- Handle customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure proper handling of stock, and sales material.
- Report daily sales, stock usage, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
- Identify customer preferences and share field insights with the management team.
- Follow company defined sales scripts, grooming standards, and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the operations team for stock replenishment.
- Minimise product wastage and ensure proper stock accountability.
- Candidate Requirements10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, food & beverage, retail, or direct sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Confident and comfortable approaching new customers.
- Target-oriented and energetic.
- Willing to work outdoors and at assigned field locations.
- Basic understanding of UPI and digital payments.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Preferred CandidateWe are looking for someone who is energetic, street-smart, confident, and comfortable selling directly to customers.
Candidates with experience in FMCG sales, beverage sales, kiosk sales, retail sales, or direct customer sales will be preferred.
