Job Description

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, coordinating office activities, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning and arrange maintenance when needed.
  • Support management with administrative projects and other assigned duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


  • Required Qualifications
  • Any graduate
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional attitude and customer service skills.
