About the RoleMozart Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve organizational sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive real estate knowledge, and a proven track record in sales and team management.
- Experience & QualificationMinimum 5 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of the Lucknow real estate market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Build and develop your own high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and booking closures.
- Accompany team members on site visits whenever required.
- Ensure effective lead management and timely follow-up through the CRM.
- Monitor daily KRAs, including calling, meetings, site visits, and bookings.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management for smooth sales operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting hierarchy, and sales processes.
