Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Shift Incharge

Positions: Incharge HZ Mechanical, Incharge CZ Mechanical, Incharge Hydraulic & Utility + Shift Incharges HZ, CZ, Hydraulic

About the Role:

Join our dynamic Mechanical Engineering team managing Hot Zone (HZ) and Cold Zone (CZ) operations, hydraulic systems, and utility infrastructure in our modern foundry facility.

Key Positions Within This Opening:

·  Incharge HZ Mechanical / Incharge CZ Mechanical / Incharge Hydraulic & Utility (3 positions) – 10 years experience

·  Shift Incharge HZ / CZ / Hydraulic & Utility (7 positions) – 2-5 years experience

Responsibilities:

· Manage mechanical equipment in assigned zone (HZ/CZ) or hydraulic/utility systems

· Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities

· Troubleshoot mechanical failures and optimize equipment performance

· Monitor hydraulic pressure, temperature, and system integrity

· Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate with technicians

· Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

· Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment logs

· Liaise with Production and Quality teams for seamless operations

Required Qualifications:

Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

· Shift Incharge: 2-5 years in mechanical operations/maintenance

· Senior roles: 10 years in foundry/metal production

Skills: Equipment troubleshooting, hydraulic systems knowledge, team management, maintenance planning

Technical Knowledge: Hot and cold zone operations, hydraulic systems, furnace operations

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience with CNC/automated foundry equipment

·  Exposure to Tata Metalliks, Jindal Saw, Electrosteel Castings, or Welspun operations

·   PLC/automation knowledge

·   CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
